Will Follow My Clients duplicate my contacts?

If you are importing your contact list via csv file, the system automatically checks for duplicate email addresses. This means that if the email address is already in your database it will be skipped over and no duplicate contact will be created. Follow My Clients cannot check for duplicate contacts when they are manually added individually. If you choose to add contacts one by one the system will not stop the contact from being duplicated.
